Club Policies

GCK club leotards are mandatory during the gymnastics session. These are available through Head Coach Tanya. Gymnastics Shorts are permitted on bars and or over 12 years of age with a letter from parent or carer. Socks, earrings, and other jewellery must be removed prior to attending. Gymnasts' hair must be tied back.

GCK Gymnastics club offers a unique service in which the number of gymnasts training in the gym is capped to 20 at any one time. This means we take attendance very seriously. You are paying for your childs space for the term, upfont. Which means the place will be held open until the end of term, however poor attendance may result in being denied a space for the following term.

GCK gymnastics club offers a high standard service in a low numbered environment of recreational classes for children / adults invoiced and paid upfront termly only . Payment secures your child’s place on the register for the term.
Squads are invoiced monthly and due upfront also by the 1st of every month . Unpaid invoices will result in gymnast denied entry for training .
Tiny tumblers and babygym are bookable pay as you go online only via our website .
Refunds are strictly not given under any circumstances by GCK. Once paid your space is secure with your child’s name added to the register and you are expected to attend . Should you chose not to attend one week or a change of mind before term ends, no refunds will be given. Only in extreme medical long term situations would this be considered, and at head coaches discretion.

A duty of care

GCK coaches are committed to ensuring a great gymnastics training service for all of its squad members. All coaches are DBS checked, insured, and qualified, or in the process of qualification under British Gymnastics. As coaches we aim to look after a child’s physical and mental well-being. Should coaches, gymnasts or parents feel any concerns regarding a child’s welfare, we follow a regulated safeguarding policy in which we report to our club welfare officer, Eleanora Naselli, who is trained to deal with this appropriately. Ellie’s contact details are listed below should you have any concerns regarding welfare.
